Hey guys,
I'm forever tinkering with FPS vs Quality.
I feel like my 30 FPS (on my OBS IOS Camera) looks a bit less than 30FPS, compared with my friend's streams at 30FPS 1080p (on professional camera / Atem Mini set up). His looks closer to 48FPS to me but he swears everything is set to 30fps too.
He told me that Netflix is 24 FPS and that looks smoother than my 30FPS.
Admittedly, I'm not using the newest hardware but I have NVENC and an iPhone 12.
I was wondering if there is any way to optimise a slight judderiness - the CPU/GPU hardware isn't stressed at all or anywhere near dropping frames.
Or are we talking about just getting more professional camera equipment to bring a smoothness 'between' frames if such a thing exists? Or is there a way to make the frames appear more smoothly 'between' frames?
