Question / Help FPS Problems [Minecraft]

I'm new to OBS so I haven't changed a lot of the settings but every time I try to go in fullscreen on Minecraft or record my fps goes from 400 to stable 20fps.
When I close down OBS and go in fullscreen my fps is 700+

Well dont record with 360FPS use 60FPS or less theres pretty much nothing that could handle that kind of load without performance impact except for certain hardware encoders.

I just changed it to Common FPS Values: 60 and it still locks at 20fps
