Question / Help Fps Problems ingame with OBS start

Hello,
I don't know why but since yesterday everytime i play League of Legends and then start OBS my games starts to lagg.
With starting OBS i dont mean that i start streaming just starting the programm makes it unfluent.
if i close OBS its perfectly fine. My FPS is capped at constant 144 Fps and my ping is at 28-26 while streaming around 40-50.

I tried using diffrent settings in OBS as in League but that doesnt change anything.

Make a new clean session log and provide it.
But you definitely shouldn't be running display capture and game capture in the same scene.
