Question / Help FPS PROBLEM WITH OBS

Hi, i have a big problem with OBS recently. When I create a Source with game capture mode and I go into the game that i have specified i get a big frame drop... for example Osu, when i don't have open OBS the game has 240 fps without any problems.. when i open and i go into the game it has around 30/40 fps... and not only with Osu.. cs:go and overwatch are the same. My computer is very good and my internet is a 100 mb with 20mb in upload. I have already tried to reset my OBS but this method didn't work

There is my pc :
- Asus GeForce ROG STRIX-GTX1070 8GB
- Intel Core i7-7700K 4.2GHz 8MB
- ASUS Prime Z270 K
- Kingston HyperX Fury RAM DDR4 8GB 2666
- Kingston SSDNowV300 240 GB, 2,5" SATA 3.0

Please update your OBS to current and upload a log from an attempt with it. Your version is WAY behind.
