Question / Help FPS on game is fine, but fps on vid is terrible

So i found out how to use it properly but my fps on vids are crap. like 1 fps. Is there a way to fix this? my monitor is 1600x900 and my recordings come out as 1280x720.

Your PC can't keep up.

Did you enable multi-adapter compatibility in the Game Capture properties? If so, turn that off, it's probably a large source of your current issues.
