Question / Help FPS loss in game when switching scenes

So this a weird one not totally sure how to explain it, when playing H1Z1 I normally get about 100 to 120 fps but when streaming it drops to about 50 to 55. However when I switch my scene to just an image and not the game my fps goes back up to normal and then when I switch back it drops again. I just can't figure out what would be causing this so looking for some help.

1. Update to OBS 0.15.2, that should help with the DX9 capture issue in your log... and should help with the frame rate issue at least some.

Don't set the profile to high when streaming to Twitch... in fact all of your settings for Twitch are wrong.

The Twitch VOD looks 'normal', given your settings.

It's not the point of this fourm to say that all my settings are wrong and not suggest the correct settings.....well known member my ass!!!!

Sorry, I had something come up and had to leave before being able to provide a full response. That said, you could have just Googled for the answer instead of being a jerk:

I have googled it and I've found anything to suggest that all my settings are wrong, just so we're clear this is OBS Studio that we're talking about because you're right my setting would be wrong for OBS because that's not what I'm using. I'm guessing for the Profile thing I need to switch that to None? Yes? No? As for everything else I've matched settings with what other people are doing but sadly the info the advanced settings for OBS Studio are hard to come by everyone just seems to cover the Simple settings.
