From your log:

Code:
00:18:06.711: Warning: The OpenGL renderer is currently in use. On windows, the OpenGL renderer can decrease capture performance due to the lack of specific features used to maximize capture performance. The Direct3D 11 renderer is recommended instead.

Exactly as stated there.

Since there's no actual recording attempt in the log, can't really say what else might be going wrong.

Can you get a clean log file that shows an attempt to use game capture?

To make a clean log file, first restart OBS, then start your stream/recording for ~30 seconds and stop it again. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc. When you're done select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here.

This is expected on laptops. You can either use Window/Game Capture, and Display Capture will not work, or Display Capture will work, but Window/Game Capture will not. See our laptop troubleshooting guide for more information. https://github.com/jp9000/obs-studio/wiki/Laptop-Performance-Issues
