FPS Lag when streaming (For viewers)

Hey guys, everything has been fine up until today but while streamign tonight viewers complained the FPS dropped majorly on stream when any team fighting or lots of things happened on screen, meanwhile my fps in game was fine. Any idea why? Here's logs:
