I have been attempting to stream Overwatch but I am having huge FPS issues. I usually get around 170 fps constant in Overwatch. When streaming it drops to around 100 which is to be expected and fine but the problem is it feels as if it is super sluggish and running at like 30 fps. I have tried messing with superfast, veryfast and all those x264 settings but still the same issues. Also lowered down to 30fps and still noticed sluggish gameplay. While using OBS Multiplatform I monitor the CPU usage and it usually maxes out around 70%. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Here are my system specs.
Intel Core i7 4770K (OC to 4.5Ghz)
ASUS SABERTOOTH Z87 Mobo
Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR3
ASUS GeForce GTX 770 OC 2GB
Corsair Force Series GS SSD (240GB)
My current OBS settings are downscaled to 720p @ 60fps. Lanczos filter. Preview disabled. X264 on Faster Setting. CBR Bitrate 2800, buffer size 2400. Keyframe interval 2.
