It's super late as I write this and I'm sure this is something obvious I'm missing but i've tried as many online fixes as I could and I can't figure it out. For an entire year I didn't have any issues and could record videos just fine. As of 3 weeks ago while recording I get horrible frames. Averaging like 10-20 frames a recording. I don't think I changed any settings to cause this, I've made sure to update obs. I tried lowering the resolution to the lowest, Changing the encoder, Changing the bitrate, Setting as much things as low as possible and nothing seems to help get decent frames no matter what game its recording. Again, Im sure its something i'm just missing but any help would be appreciated.
