Okay here is the log first lol.
here is my specs too...:
Motherboard - GIGABYTE G1 Gaming GA-Z170X-Gaming 7 (rev. 1.0)
CPU - intel i7 6700k skylake processor
GPU - GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1060 DirectX 12 GV-N1060XTREME-6GD 6GB
RAM - not sure but its gskill ripjaws ddr4 and its 16 gigs
So my issue. My computer i feel is completely capable of streaming 720p by 30 fps but whenever i stream on twitch, my frames dont stay a consistent 30 but always drop down to 20 or even lower and makes the stream stuttery for the viewers. For say i stream battlegrounds (on lowest quality) and csgo my frames stay 30 buuuuuut when i stream a game for say overwatch, rainbow six siege, and rocket league; my frames lower down to around 20 ish which i hate. all the games i play are also at lower quality for say rainbow, rocket league, and overwatch i play at medium to low settings and still my frames go down to 20 ish and i dont know why. they never stay a consistent 30. if you need more info ill give but i dont really now what else to say about my problem. if you want to catch my stream and see it stuttering on more graphic intense games my twitch is twitch.tv/tshadow4646 i would gladly like some help. also i stream with nvidia nvenc h.264 which i know is my gpu
