Question / Help FPS is very low when the OBS is open

Hello, i use OBS Studio 64 bit! When I start the CS GO it gets between 250 fps, but when opening the OBS already drops to 60/40 fps without even starting the live!

My PC:
i5 4460 - 3.20 GHz
GTX 1070 Founders Edition 8 GB
12 GB RAM
SSD 120 GB - HD 1 TB

Has anyone had this problem yet? And you know what I can do? Because when I actually start a live my fps drops to 30

You need to post a log file after making a streaming/recording attempt to see what's the matter. Here's how...

You are maxing out your GPU.

CSGO settings are too GPU demanding:
Anisotropic 16x

FXAA activated

MSAA 8x

Shadows, textures, HIGH



Try:

Anisotropic 8x or even 4x
FXAA deactivated

MSAA 4x or even 2x

Shadows and textures LOW

Effects and Shader : high or very high (this will give you the possibility to see through molos and fire grenades smoke)

Watching my Live is good this a 60 fps, More playing sucks!
I think my problem has not yet been solved = 3

Anisotropic 2x or even none
MSAA none

But, before this, check you CSGO launch options:

I suggest these options for you:
-high -novid -nod3d9x -nojoy -threads 4 +mat_queue_mode 2 +mat_vignette_enable 0

Thanks my FPS in CS:GO in Live is 200 and not have lag =3

But now there is one thing, my obs in the rainbow six when doing a live obs is getting 40/50 fps to transmit more the game gets normal at 80/100 fps! What do I do?

Maybe an ingame FPS limit to VSync (usually 60 FPS) will help getting constant 60 FPS in OBS
