Question / Help FPS in OBS

Hey guys when I stream LoL on OBS it's all fine until there is a lot happening on the screen then my fps drops majorly, here's my logs any help?

May suppose your processor struggle with this settings, you can try to change encoder preset to "superfast' or "ultrafast"

 

[Tense]

I never had these problems before a few days ago now I'm getting heaps :(
And this is a new PC
