Question / Help FPS - how to know how many

Hi, is there a way to know how many FPS I am receiving from one camera/webcam or whatever from OBS?
My camera can record at 60FPS but how do I know that using my elgato and OBS I really have 60 FPS?
Same question with my webcam...
