Question / Help Fps going from 60-30 (or 40) and FFXIV not showing on windowed cap

So whenever I have OBS open and I am trying to bring up FFXIV on a windowed capture, all I get is a black screen, but my cursor is there, and if I even move my cursor the fps of this black screen drops from 60 to 30-40. But if I use game capture then FFXIV appears and shows on OBS, but the fps drops the same.
