Question / Help FPS from 144 to 40 drop

Hello Guys, im new to the Hood(This Forum) and i first wanna say thanks for all your effort.

Well my problem is, when i play Games like Destiny 2 and open OBS (Just Open it, no stream yet) my FPS drops from 144 to 30-40 FPS.

ITS JUST OPEN :D


What is causing the problem?

My Specs:

GTX 1080 TI
I7-7700K
16gb ram
etc.

Any reason you're not using the latest release?

Disable Game DVR and see if that fixes the performance problem.
