FPS/Frames dropped due to rendering/encoding lag

My stream started to have so much lag thta I had to stop it. I am not sure why this happened. My internet speed is fine.

1. Enable "Game Mode" for maximum gaming performance. Game Mode can be enabled via the Windows 10 "Settings" app, under Gaming > Game Mode.
2. Run OBS as Admin. Right click on shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
3. Uncheck the box for Psycho Visual Tuning.
