HERE IN BRAZIL ADVISED ME USE OBS TO RECORD AND TRANSMITTED BY BEING ONE OF THE BEST SOFTWARE. BUT TO START WRITING MY GAMES, HAVE A LOSE MORE THAN 50% OF FPS

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME?

MY SETTINGS:

PROCESSOR: AMD FX6320
GRAPHICS: R7 370 4GB
RAM: 8 GB.

You're using Media Foundation encoder, which does not perform well for many people. You likely want to use the "H264 Encoder (AMD Advanced Media Framework)" instead.
