Hello all. I have a problem with my OBS Studio.
My specs:
Motherboard: ASUS Prime x299-Deluxe
GPU : Gigabyte GTX 1080 Xtreme Gaming 8GB
CPU : Intel Core i7 7820x (8-core)
RAM : Corsair Vengeance LPX 16gb DDR4 (3200mhz)

I have 2 monitors:
First monitor: DELL S2716DG (2560x1440p / 144hz / G-sync on) My main screen
Second monitor: Samsung S27D590 (1920x1080p / 60hz)

I play at 2560x1440. I tried to stream at 1080p60fps. I tried x264 and h264 but I always had fps drops in obs. Games were with good fps, but FPS in obs wasn't stable. It jumped always. I don't know what to do. What can I do? Thank you.

Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 7213 (43.5%)
GPU overload, due to missing ingame fps limit.
Make sure, your GPU load stays below 90% by limiting your ingame fps, then OBS will have enough GPU resources to render your scene fast enough.
