So I couldn't find a forum that has specified this problem, but the problem I'm having with my OBS, whether im recording/streaming or not, is that OBS sits in high FPS.. only if I'm not clicked in on the game. I have gone through numerous videos on how to fix this and nothing as worked. With OBS just sitting there on my 2nd monitor set on capturing the game on my 1st monitor, it says 60 FPS on the bottom right, as long as i'm not actually on the game. As soon as I open up the game it drops down to 20 FPS, but I'm still getting 70+ FPS on the actual game itself. Any help?

I have the same issue I have found no help online for it. When im tabbed out of them game it runs at 60 fps but as soon as i go i click into my game the goes down to 20 or 30 fps
Yes, by using NVENC go lookup some NVENC Guide on the Forum or start your own Thread instead of stealing it from another person.
