I record minecraft at 1280x720 with these settings.http://prntscr.com/f2otz1 When I am in windowed mode I get like 500 fps and it looks great but then I go to full screen and the fps drops to 20 and wont go any higher. I am wondering how this can be fixed, please help when available. I have also tried NVENC instead of x264, made no difference.
