So ive been having issues with streaming for a while and i think im starting to realize something. I ended up doing some "no cam" streams because i wanted to just chill out for that day and what not. When i did this i had better frames in obs than ever and it was running crazy smooth. Even on the harder games to run. The next day i go to play that same game again, game being The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, and i had my webcam on, and whaddaya know. my frames start to fluctuate like a *****. So i decided hmmmmmmm what if i turned my webcam off for a sec... and there you have it i was streaming perfectly fine with a steady 60 fps. So is there anything i can do to my webcam or at all to fix this. I would like to stream more but ive had this issue for almost a year now is pretty much preventing me from doing so. i would prefer to stream with my webcam on but i cant hardly get good frames in obs when playing certain games. for example i have to lower almost all my settings to almost the lowest in the Witcher 3 to stream it and i have to do the same with many other games. One more thing, i dont think this is the main issue with my frames dropping while streaming but it one of them.
