FPS Drops When Streaming

Hi I noticed that for some reason im getting hard FPS drops whenever I stream on OBS. I usually get 244FPS when I stream valorant but all of a sudden Im getting major frame drops whenever I go live and I dont know why. I never had an issue after almost 2 years but suddenly im getting hard drops.

I changed nothing and none of my hardware is overheating and all of my fans are working. Is there something on OBS that is making my frames drop?

Also is it normal for OBS to use up so much memory and is 16GB of RAM even enough anymore?

There can be many reasons, please post a log file to diagnose the problem.

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

Do the same as in this post. The problem is probably HAGS.

overloading the nvidia codec with RTX 3060 TI

I've been having problems where I can't record heavier games at 1920x1080 60 fps, the obs just won't record anymore and when I try to stop recording it just won't. I've never had this problem with much worse hardware than this and something is happening and I'm losing a lot of recordings. Below...

Okay thank you I'll try streaming tomorrow to see if it changes things!
