Question / Help FPS drops when streaming on Twitch!

Hello. My name is Chance and I've been trying to stream on Twitch lately. I have no lag FPS or ping-wise, but the viewers notice about 5-10 fps sometimes. Again, I play perfectly fine but the output to the stream is bad. Here are my settings:
