Hey guys,

i have a a problem with OBS since i have started streaming lately.

So first my problem: Doesnt matter if i set my OBS to lower Quality Settings like 720p and 30fps with Bitrate of 2000 and lower or 1080p and 60 fps with Bitrate 3000 and higher it all constantly works when i am in a Client or on my Desktop. I have a constant fps now of 60 fps and a CPU Usage of 5 % when i am NOT streaming. Now when i start a game like for example League of Legends it still stays at 60 fps. But when i enter the game inside my 60 fps are dropping to like 10 - 20 in OBS all the time. When i run at 30 fps it still goes down to 10 - 20. Remember!!! I am still not streaming. My CPU Usage just goes up to 20 % but the FPS are dropping to 10 - 20 when i am ingame. When i leave the gamewindow to my Desktop (Game is still running) the FPS are rising again to constantly 30 / 60 FPS. Now when i start streaming its the same issue. My thrown Frames are at 0.0 and my Bitrate is constantly fine at 3500/2500/2000 whatever i tried. The only problem is the FPS drop so when you look at twitch it stutters and you can not watch the game fluidly. I dont know the issue please help me.

I have read the FIRST TO READ Thread and tried everything.

- I am streaming over Ethernet so wired Connection.
- I figured out the best sever to stream over which is Frankfurt to me
- My PING is at 11ms ; My Downloadspeed at 91.24 mbps; My Uploadspeed at 34.28 mbps so my Internet is really good
- My PC is quite fine i think i have a Intel i7 6700k with 4.00 GHz, 16 GB of RAM, an MSI z170-A Pro. The only Hardware Thing is my graphics Card which is an old one the Nvidia Geforce GTX 295.
- I have 2 Monitors. The one which i am playing the game on is a newer Asus 1080p Screen and the one where my obs runs at is an older LG.
