FPS Drops Just From Having OBS Open, Please HELP

Hi,

Been troubleshooting this for weeks, done the basics turn off windows game mode run as admin etc etc...
Running an RTX3080 with i9 11900k if that helps.
Samsung G9 5120x1440 240hz main monitor, top monitor capped at 60hz.

Streaming at 1920x1080 60fps, but I don't think that's the issue encoder isn't struggling.

Main game I use is iracing, even in game I'm getting wierd fps stutters also with obs window just open even without recording or streaming.

Attached screengrabs of a video i took with an unlisted stream, is there a way to turn down the quality of obs window or is it best to just keep it minimized. Disabling window preview doesnt really change anything, but as you can see just minimising the program has a major fps hit.

Any help will be greatly appreciated ✌️

I've tried most of the fixes that I've come across on google, it's hard to find anyone that has the same ultrawide resolution etc
