FPS drops ingame while recording

When I record, my fps drops significantly while playing. Although, when I watch the playback, everything is working perfectly well. I already tried to lower my output fps and resolution, and I have also set my cpu usage preset to ultrafast in both streaming and recording, but none seemed to do the trick.

My Specs:
CPU: Intel i7-9750H (6 cores)
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660Ti
Monitor: Built-in laptop monitor (144hz refresh rate) (1920x1080 resolution)

Here is some extra information:
CPU usage goes up to 70% while recording
GPU usage stays at around 1-3% (even after setting the app to run on the gpu)
FPS while playing drops from around 300 (before recording) to 30 (while recording in the game)
