Running OBS 64-Bit
Settings: 1920x1080 -> 1280x720 (1.5 Downscale) - Bicubic - 60 Fps - Aero disabled.
3,500 Kbits (encoding) - x264 (encoder)
160 Audio Bitrate
Process Priority - Above Normal
(Default Everything else)
System specs:
MB: Z97X-Gaming 7
CPU: i4790K @ 4GHz (8Core)
Memory: Kingston HyperX 16Gb DDR4
Power: Corsair 1000w Gold
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 760
Sound Card: Creative SoundBlaster Z
FPS on OBS is for the most part stable ranging from 58-60. In recent attempted streams on twitches end the stream is stuttering although video stats stay at solid 60 FPS constantly. No FPS drops in game.
