So i am trying to get back into streaming i stopped for a while. I never had these issues when i streamed years ago i do have a new computer but it is much stronger than my previous one. but when i am streaming i am getting chop in the stream and horrible dropped fps. i don't understand how my computer wouldn't be enough for gaming and streaming together. whether i do 720p or 1080p its choppy and will not stay at a constant 60 fps. I've tried everything change in base canvas res different output res, different presets different bit rates different rate controls different profiles nothing fixes or changes it. Happens in h.264 and x.264, but what also makes no sense if i set the rendering GPU to my second GPU its still using the first GPU for rendering not solely the second GPU. Also the entire computer becomes laggy as soon as i start the stream to the point where i can barely use it. doesn't matter what game i am playing also this just constantly happens. I am at a loss here and considering forgetting about going back to streaming all together and giving up on this.
Specs are as follows
9900k OC 5.0 1.3v stable
2x 2080s SLI not overclocked
1200w PSU
RGB royal ram 128gb 3200 1.35v
2x 970 pro raid 0 3tb
custom watercooling
