Question / Help Fps drops are back in league of legends

Hey all so i made a post about this problem a week or so ago and they're back. I just recently updated windows 10 the latest new update and the problems are back. Before i was streaming league and it would sit at 144fps which is my refresh rate for my monitor now it drops into the 70s-80's.

I was told to disable SLI and run obs as admin which i did before and it worked like a charm! but now its back :(

There is my current log i'm hoping i've screwed something in the settings and this can be fixed quickly :)
 
"last log" is from the last time you started and closed obs, not the last time you started streaming.

That log doesn't show any OBS-originating FPS drops.
You might need to physically remove the second 970 though.
 
oh my bad :P is having the 2nd gpu really causing me problems? as when i stream i turn it off in the nvidia control panel before i start streaming
 
Having it physically installed is enough to cause problems. OBS can only really use the primary, and by having the second video card installed, the primary card is running at half speed.
