fps dropping while replay buffer.

i'm not sure if my RIG is low but recently i've had fps drops when playing games while replay buffer activate.

OBS Settings:

• replay buffer, 40 sec ; EMU: 53MB
• turning off vsync and capping fps to 144

PC SPEC:

• Win11 Pro
• Game resolution: 2k
• i5-8600K 3.6GHz
• 32 gb ram
• AORUS 3080
• AORUS Z370-K3
