Question / Help FPS dropping over time

Whilst streaming my FPS starts at 144 (capped it) and gradually over time will drop down to 15fps making it unplayable. Not to sure if this is a OBS issue or a system issue but hoping someone can help me out by taking a look at my log to see if it a obs setting issue.
