Question / Help fps drop

Whenever I open OBS I already get a fps drop of about 20-40 fps, if I record it drops another 5-10 fps. If I use ShadowPlay I almost get no fps drop at all even tho I'm recording 1440p 60 fps. I tried loads of different settings but none of them improve my fps much (some do but then the video will look very bad).

Specs:
i7 6700k 4.5GHZ
GTX 1060 6GB
20GB RAM
Windows 10 Pro 64 bit

You might need to record for longer than one second for the log to capture anything useful.

I'm using QuickSync now, no more fps drop when I record but still opening OBS gives me 10-20 less FPS.
