Question / Help FPS DROP

tried streaming today and its a no go once i click start streaming my fps counter bottom of obs drops below 30 i am using a ryzen 1700 with gtx 1060 i shouldnt be having these problems and ive reinstalled obs too

No streaming info is showing in the log you posted
