Question / Help FPS drop while streaming overwatch

Hi, it's some days that when I stream from Overwatch, the streaming FPS goes from 30 (in menus, when OW is not on screen, etc..) to 20, then 15, then in some cases 13, making the streaming lagging. Also the bandwidth drops from 2800 to 1300. After a while, goes un to 30 fps 2800 mbps (if I alt-tabbing for example), for dropping again seconds later.

The same problem, but lightes, happens while streaming GTA V (FPS drops from 30 to 20).
