Question / Help FPS Drop when Webcam is on

I've noticed that whenever I try to stream with my webcam, I get significant FPS drops. I'll watch my VODs back and it'll drop down to 20 or less from 60 and it'll sometimes hang while the audio continues to play like normal. When I remove my Webcam as a device/source my FPS stays at a constant 60-ish framerate.

Any suggestions on what I can do to remedy this?
