Question / Help FPS drop when streaming the division

I'm trying to stream Tom Clancy: The Division but constantly dropping frames, the game itself it perfect and smooth and can play without any issues. I have a i7-5820k, 16gb ram and gtx 780 (Soon to be upgraded). Could someone possible help me?

Your GPU is maxed out.

Reduced ingame graphics settings or limit FPS
