Question / Help FPS DROP /STICKING BUT OBS NOT REPORTING?!

Strangest thing is happening while streaming. While I'm showing no dropped frames while streaming and OBS reports 30fps in bottom right corner the entire time streaming, I notice on replays that when I play graphic instensive games like League of Legends etc. I notice it lags or misses frames of play. It's quite choppy and I'd love to hear a fix for this.

Below are a few changes since the logs I'm going to post a few discrepencies on what the log states vs a few system specs:

1. Physical memory only shows 4095mb and thats 4gig as opposed to me having 64gb of memory!
2. I just recently installed OBS 18.0.0
3. I have two nvidia geforce gtx670's running in sli mode with two monitors... and league gives me 300fps+ in game. Yet I am still having this issue of sticking.
4. At the end of below log you'll see 3 memory leaks reported, while I did a memory test and showed no errors or leaks within windows ram test.
5. Noticed a lot of errors and missing files. I recently installed obs 18.0.0 in hopes of remedying this and will update the logs if need be for next stream.

my logs and pc specs:

LOG UPLOADED as .txt file

PC SPECS:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3820 CPU @ 3.60GHz
64GB RAM
2 x NVIDIA GEFORE GTX 670 SLI
WINDOWS 7

For an example of my stream and the lagging/sticking of frames that aren't showing in my OBS frame rate drop watch here and fast forward a bit: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/125606433

Thank you for any help you can provide that will help my stream become more professional!

Respectfully,
DaGaimez
