Hey all. Built a PC a couple months back and am now getting into streaming/recording. I've been having some annoying frame drops/short lags when recording and can't seem to figure it out. My settings seem solid compared to everything I've read online, would appreciate some pointers.

AMD 3600
16 GB DDR4 3600MHz
My monitors are set to 1440p 144hz, but I'm recording at 1080p 60fps with a fps cap in COD at 120fps.
