I am getting FPS on some games and not others. This isn't a dropped frames issue but a FPS drop issue. I have tried everything that I can think of to help this issue and nothing seems to help does anyone know what if my PC is even good enough to handle streaming and gaming. Not sure how it run a report to show what I have.
