Hi everyone!

I have Win8.1 and have been don't get any problems with Classic OBS when i use it, but when i try OBS: Studio i get very big losing of fps in game.
H1Z1 without OBS:S - 110-130 FPS
Starting OBS:S - 45-50 FPS and laggy moving.

I checked many games, when i start OBS:S everyone game lose FPS, and Classic OBS in Preview Mode too... My CPU loaded by ~5% when i test OBS:S.
Trying to change FPS in Output to lower from 60 to 30-25 fps, it's add FPS in game, but i want stream in 60 fps. Changing of codec don't change anything.
What happens with me and how i can fix that?

P.S. I want use OBS:S because Quick Sync codec have a better quality on this version of OBS, and filters it's best function for me.

Limit capture framerate don't change nothing, because FPS drop happens and when i not use capture. Just started a OBS:S. Disable a preview nothing change too.
When render in settings will changed to DX11, i get incredible 5 fps in game XD

FIXED.
1. I have a very big image on scene with size over 5k pixels X 3k pixels.
When i deleted it from scene, my fps rises to 60-75 with some drops to 45 fps.
2. Second fix - it's using a 64bit version of OBS:S in bin/64bit, 32bit don't like a 64bit systems.
FPS in Tree of Savior has been a 25-30, and 100-150 without OBS:S, now 100-140. All works charm like classic OBS.
Tested another games, don't have FPS drops anymore.

This did not fix the problem for me.

Whenever I start up OBS - Not streaming and not recording - my FPS in-game drops by 30-40.
OBS classic works perfectly

Here is a part of my latest log if that can help - but as I stated it is before starting any recording or stream that this happens.
