I just upgraded mp PC's CPU from an i7 6700k to an i7 8700k. My reason was becasue previously I thought there was a problem with my CPU since I would stream CSGO with lowest settings and average about 100< fps. I reset windows, installed drivers for my GPU and new Mobo. I tested my FPS in-game csgo and averaged about 500-600. I then opened OBS and did a test stream, I averaged about 100 fps on LOWEST SETTINGS. I closed OBS, uninstalled it, and restarted by PC, however whenever I open CSGO, I still will never get more than 120 fps. Its almost like my PC has some sort of Problem with OBS, this was the case before I upgraded by CPU and I really don't know what to do now.
