Question / Help FPS drop during streaming

HI I have a Asus 540up notebook pc .
cpu - core i5 3.18Hz
gpu - intel hd 620 + AMD Radeon HD 8500M
Ram - 4 GB

When I stream games on youtube or facebook like call of duty or need for speed , viewers find performance lag during live watching on their pc or phone whatever . My PC specs are pretty good enough and I am new to streaming .

Please help me with this issue .
