I used to be able to stream just fine at the settings mentioned in log file did anything change withing the last update or two? Im not maxing anything out by far that's for sure. can someone take a look and let me know if they see anything. I know in the log it says i dropped a few frames but when im actually watching the stream its almost constant way more then what the Log file would indicate.
