Question / Help FPS Cut In Half with Game Capture

I Notice when I switched to Obs Studio, if I use Game Capture, it Cut my FPS in Half so I'm stuck with using window capture or going back to Regular OBS just to get Better FPS. I Just wanted to know if anyone else is having this problem, if so what was your solution?


Here Are My spec:
GPU: EVGA GTX 970 SSC
CPU: FX 8350
MEM: 16 gigs
Windows 10
