FPS cut in half on powerful RTX3070ti

It's so ridiculous that's OBS is cutting half FPSs even without streaming/recording that I think there is something wrong.
FPSs are cut ingame.

I tried to look for answer online, but everyone seems to have problems and no working solution.

Anyone advanced with this software could help me somehow?
 

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

Sorry, cannot edit.
While playing Witcher 3 without OBS it's around 50-60% GPU, framerate capped at 60 fps.
When opening OBS, it's maxed out and framerate is around 40ish.

I guess OBS is taking too much of a GPU power (honestly, 40-50% of RTX3070Ti?) sadly cannot find any option in proporties to lower that.
 
Tried using different software (Twitch Studio Beta), it's working perfectly fine there.
I'm seriously troubled because I realllly would prefer using OBS Studio.
 
Try without 3rd party plugins and NVIDIA broadcast camera. Those effects can easily eat a lot of GPU.
 
Still not working. Problem also seems to occur for other people on this forum.
Sadly, but I'll be back to OBS when it'll be working correctly.
