I'm streaming to twitch my gameplay from console using an i7-6800k and an capture card. During my last streams I found myself struggling to keep up the the good quality.
If I set my bitrate to around 6000 (1080p/60fps), sometimes obs will show me some dropping frames and a lower bitrate than 6000. I normally lower my bitrate during the streams and then I noticed, that I don't receive any drops.
What bothers me, that my speedtest shows me ~ 20000 Upload, my connection using the twitch test tool is measured with 9000 Mbit to the best twitch server.
What can I do about it? I can't upload my logfile here, so I've uploaded it to github.
