Fortnite goes blurry on stream off and on when streaming on Twitch - Log File Att

Hey!

Ive legit been researching to figure out why Fortnite goes blurry off and on during streaming even tho it runs completely fine on my computer. It can be fine then out of no where you can barely pick the stream out. Ive noticed maybe my upload rate is a bit off, but I tried testing out how quick my internet is and it shouldn't be an issue. Just wondering if anyone can help me out on fixing it. Since im not super savvy when it comes to this stuff. I attached my log file below
