Foreground has a purple layer

Hello,

I have tried to get OBS working for mixed reality capture of The Thrill of The Fight with my Quest 2. I have mainly used the instructional video here:


Everything works fine for the background and the video capture, however, in the foreground there is a purple layer that prevents anything being viewed behind it (See pic).
