Question / Help Forcing Scaling on Game Capture

I don't scale my stream, I stream at 1080. However, whenever I load a game capture window to a scene it forces me to scale the game to 1536x864. I put my mouse over this section to change the scaling and the mouse changes to a red "no" wheel, indicating I can't change it.

I used to scale to 1536x864 but do not anymore, is this the reason OBS is trying to force this?

I've reinstalled OBS twice now.
